NEW YEAR MESSAGE
We have seen many sad and unforgettable things in the year 2020. Billions of people around the globe have gone through mental agony and landed into depression today. In this situation, we do not know what the new year 2021 will be. We are entering into the new year with great expectation. “Known unto God are all his works from the beginning of the world” (Acts 15:18). Only the Almighty God knows what will happen in the year 2021. Let us be with Godly fear and spend more time in prayer.
Betrayal of Faith: “Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;” (2 Thes 2:3). Betrayal of faith is spreading everywhere now. The spirit of deceit is rampant everywhere. The spirit of backsliding has entered into many people. All these are the secret deceit of wicked devil. Let us not be cheated and never fall a prey to the evil designs of devil. “For some are already turned aside after satan”(1 Tim 5:15) . False doctrine, False teachings are now been taught in a subtle way thereby enabling millions of believers to backslide. The desire of the Spiritual life of many will fadeaway. People will lose their interest in Bible reading and prayer life. They will live a life without Christ. They will be living like corpse. “…..when the son of man cometh, shall he find faith on earth?” (Luke 18:8). Let not our spiritual life enter into a disastrous end. We need to be very careful as a sailor in the ship who will act immediately after noticing a hole in the ship to stop the shipwreck. In the same way, we need to rectify our shortcomings immediately. Let us not give room for the devil to destroy our faith. “Neither give place to the devil” (Eph 4:27).
Sins are at Peak:” And the Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh.” (Gen 6:3). Sins are abound everywhere. Adultery, molestation, murder, corruption, cheating, deceitful nature kidnapping of women, speaking lies without any hesitation, using bad words frequently, robbery, way lay and un-holiness. The anger of the Lord is at zenith point now. Coin has got two sides. Likewise, one side God is Love and on the other side, God is consuming fire. In 2021, we will see the wrath of God. Who can stand against the anger of God? Let us cleanse ourselves and repent like the people of Nineveh so that the wrath of God will not come upon us.
Satanic activities will be at an Increase: “…who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God” (2 Thes 2:4). Satan will take total control over all the activities of church. Satan church is increasing in the world today. In the coming days, he will take total control over every activities in the churches. As a result of this, people will lose their faith. “For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.” (mark 13:22). We need the gift of the discernment of the Spirit (1 cori 12:10). If you have the gift of the discernment of the Spirit, we can very easily see the movement of the devil. When we are sitting in our church, we can see, where the satan is standing. If you don’t have the gift of the discernment of the Spirit, Church will be in danger.
Destruction:” For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.” (Matt 24:7) Death rate will increase. The spirit of confusion will instigate the people to fight each other. The strife against the people will increase and famine will prevalent everywhere. Scarcity, plagues will spread wide. We will hear about many earthquakes which result in destruction. People will lose their hope and faith everywhere.
What is the way to escape from the wrath of God? How can I protect myself in the midst of all destruction? We need to come closer to God. “Search me, O god, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting” (Psa 139:23.24). We need to tarry in the presence of God and examine ourselves daily. Am right in the sight of God? Have I wounded the mind of Christ? Have I failed to remember the blood of Jesus? Am I fit to enter into kingdom of God? Do I have a personal relationship with Almighty God in prayer? Let us keep the above verse before us and examine ourselves. only then you can escape from the wrath of God. What is the use of living in the world if you are not fit to enter into heaven?
My dear readers, there is nothing that is not known to the Lord Jesus Christ. We do not know what are the things that will takes place in the year 2021. Let us be prepared for His coming. ” Prepare to meet thy God” (Amos 4:12).Like the wise virgins, let us meet the heavenly bridegrooms who has borne the suffering for us.
