HEY SATAN I'M BACK
Talks about satan overpowering man’s life has become common in this world. We see people who are under the bondage of witchcraft and the agony they are facing. satan knows his time is at hand and have started to torment people in every aspect of their life. We find families being shattered by his heartless work. If you are one among the person who says I’ve been defeated by satan and have no hope in my life; This message will put you back on track.
Our God is the Lord of Eternal hope! This truth is the basic secret to keep our Christian journey on, even when we face troubles through satan. Many a time we tend to forget the fact that we serve a mightier God. How many times you fear satan? But do you have the fear of God in your heart? The fear of our Lord Jesus Christ is missing from many of us and this leads to the downfall of Christians. We say that satan has attacked my family, but we don’t realize that our family members don’t fear God instead they fear man and satan. Fear of the Lord will bring deliverance in your life. Don’t be same as any other person in this world; God has created you uniquely with a great purpose, so try knowing what God is expecting out of you? How will you know His heart? Get a Rehma from God every day. What is this Rehma? It’s the word through which God speaks to you everyday. Are you lacking in your personal relationship with God? Then check yourself today before it gets worse.
I want to teach you a powerful statement which will be useful in your life. It goes like this, “Hey satan I’m Back!” Do you think it’s a funny statement, and then you’ve forgotten the authority which God has given us? On the cross of Calvary Jesus has won the authority over satan. So when you feel that satan has dominion over you, all we have to do is apply this two step formula. i) Submit yourself into the Hands of our Dear Father in Heaven ii) Believe in the Blood of Jesus.
It’s easy for us to submit ourselves to the loved ones of this world than to commit ourselves to the one who created us. This is the first step when we Christians become a slave to satan, but remember that’s not the end of your Christian life there is someone who is always ready to catch you by His hand and lead you to the right path because you are unique. Ps 91.1 says, “He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty”. Dearly beloved I would like to narrate a true incident which happened in our country. A Christian woman who was about to get married on 15th October, 2007 was on her way back home to Kerala from North India in an express train with her brother and relatives. It all happened as she went for a wash, a young man misbehaved with her leading to an initial quarrel and later to a boisterous fight between her brother and that man. To the dismay of everyone she was caught in the middle and was thrown out of the speeding train. To add to the agony the train stopped only after 1 hour after this incident. For about a week there were no traces of her and nobody knew whether she is alive or dead and her engagement date was on 11th. In the mean time people across our land started praying for her and glory to the mighty name of Jesus wonderful news came on 9th saying she was just found. The best part of all is her first sentence which she spoke to her parents, it goes like this, “Papa when I fell all I remember is a pair of hand caught me and laid me down and I know it’s my heavenly fathers hand”. Yes dear one it’s the Fathers hand which is always there to comfort us and forward in our life. The young lady might have lost her life and the family would have lost their peace and so on. But only these can be done by satan, but when we are caught in the fathers arms, all we have to tell satan is, “Hey satan you thought of putting an end to my life, but I’m back with the protection of my Fathers hand”.
Many a times when we do commit sin, we tend to think that there is no remedy for my sin and we conclude God will never forgive my sins. Bible says in Luke 7:47, “I tell you her many sins have been forgiven- for she loved much” and in verse 50 it says, “Your faith has saved you; go in peace”. Here we see two important things which we as Christians should always remember: first, love the Lord your God who can cleanse you by His precious blood. Second, have faith in the good shepherd who was slaughtered for you on the cross of Calvary. What do these two things speak about? It’s the blood of Jesus, only through which our sins can be forgiven and there is no remedy apart from this. Have faith in the blood of Jesus and cry out to Him, for he shall set you free out of bondage. David sinned against God but when he fell at the feet of the Lord and remembered there is no one except the Lord who can cleanse him from the sin which he committed there God met him and his life was transformed. Satan thought of putting an end to David’s kingship but God thought the other way around and David was able to say to the satan, “Hey satan I’m back”.
Finally, dear believers stop worrying about your downfall and start telling to satan, Hey satan I’m back and I’m back with a bang on you! Stand against satan for he’s a defeated foe and he can only wag his tail for some more time before he breaths his last. Shine for Christ with hope of Calvary.
Amen
