When we think about the happenings of this year 2017, it grief’s our heart and pains our mind. In this situation, we are eagerly awaiting to know, what will happen in the New Year 2018? When we think about the New Year, fear, mental disturbances torment us. The only consolation that we have is, Jesus Christ has kept us alive till today. Passing one day is like completing one year. Everyone is eager to know what the New Year 2018 will be. I just want to write the things that came before my spiritual eyes.

YEAR OF INCREASE: “I will bless thee and multiply thee” (Gen 22:17) Our God is a God of multiplication. “But an Handful of meal in a barrel, and a little Cruse of Oil” (1 Kings 17:12) This is the provision that she had. But God multiplied the provision. “And the barrel of meal wasted not, neither did the cruse of oil fail” (1 Kings 17:16). The God, who has multiplied the provision, will also multiply your provision in your house. 2 kings 4:1-7 “Thine handmaid hath not anything in the house, except a pot of Oil” God increased that one pot of Oil; she borrowed vessels from her neighbours. She started pouring into all the vessels until she had no other vessel. She had several thousands of Kilo’s of Oil now. She sold that oils and cleared her debts. God is an increasing God. Certainly my God is a God of multiplication. That same GOD will help you. Whatever things have in your hands will be multiplied. John 6 says, When 5 loaves and 2 fishes went into the hands of Jesus Christ, the loaves and fishes multiplied. There were 5000 men, women and children, roughly estimate the total number were 13000 people. People ate as much as they could. 5 loaves multiplied into more than one lakhs, similarly the fishes were multiplied into more than one lakhs. They have gathered 12 baskets of fragments’. Our God is a God of multiplication. Certainly God will bless the provisions in your house in the year 2018. The bread and water will be blessed. This is the year of increase. Claim the promise in the Bible and receive it today! God will increase your salary and profit in business.

YEAR OF GODS PROTECTION: “For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways” (Ps 91:11) The need of the hour is God’s protection. Even when we go by walk or in a vehicle, we need God’s protection. Every day we hear about accidents, tragedies that pains our heart. As a result of cyclone, floods and earthquakes, thousands have died. What is the guarantee that those who leave the house will return back safely? God will command His angels to take care of you. God will protect you and your vehicle. This will be an year of God’s protection for you.

YEAR OF DELIVERANCE FROM THE NOISOME PESTILENCE: “Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence” (Ps 91:3) Every day we come across various new diseases. No one knows when, which disease will attack. People who are hale and healthy, been attacked with diseases suddenly. The diseases have taken the lives of many. When we think about the noisome pestilence, it torments the person and put them into untold sufferings and tears their bodies into pieces. The victims cry out in agony. It is an awful sight. But God will protect you from the noisome pestilence. The God who protects us will neither slumber nor sleep. “Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep” (Psa 121:4)

          “Behold I am with you always, even unto the end of the world” This is the promise given by Jesus Christ which will never change. The God who says, “I will be with you” will certainly be with you always. In the year 2018, Jesus Christ will be with you throughout this year. “And ,behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of” (Gen 28:15).Did not God fulfil the promise given to Jacob? God will deliver you from all evil harm and danger. “A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked” (Psa 91:7, 8) you will see the dangerous things happening before you but nothing will come near you. Let every readers be encouraged that God is with you. Let us be bold that God is with us. Let us surrender ourselves to the Lord and with the pure heart and minds enter 2018. May God be with you!
