The year 2016 is coming to an end. Has the year 2016 been a blessing to you? Think for a while. We feel depressed when we recollect the failures, losses, and sickness, satanic activities occurred in the year 2016. Many have wished you a Happy New Year, when the Year started, has God wished you a Happy New Year? How will the new year 2017 be ? Before I write further, I would like to draw your attention to what I have written about 2016. I am happy to know, it has been fulfilled. As I have been prompted by the Lord, I wish to write the following verses.

“And he said, My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest” (Exo 33:14) Moses has been leading lakhs of Jews in the wilderness. Wilderness is a place where you cannot expect any help. In this situation, how can you lead the people in this hard terrain? In this critical situation, words of comfort come to Moses from the Lord “My presence shall go before thee”. My dear readers whatever be the situation you are facing, even in the worst crises, the presence of God will go before you. This is the belief of a Christian. God will take care of us. Opposition, Hatred, mental agony will certainly come. In all these hard situation, God will lead us through. The promise of God is “My presence will go before thee and I will give thee rest”. The rest that God gives you in various situations will not shake our faith. In these days, we come across many who are suffering from mental depression. The rest that God gives will bring you out of mental depression. From the beginning of the year 2017, till the end of the year, God’s presence will go before you. Since His presence is going before us, He will lead us marvellously in the year 2017.

“Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness” (Psa65:11). The promise that God gives us is wonderful. He is going to crown the year with goodness. Having experienced the years of failures in our lives, God is willing to crown this year with goodness. Everyone who has been washed by the blood of Jesus Christ is made righteous. “There shall no evil happen to the just” (Prov 12:21). Truly, no evil will befall us. When God promises a person, certainly He will fulfil it. Certainly the year 2017, will be the year of Goodness for us. “God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent; hath he said, and shall he not do it? Or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?” (Num23:19). My dear readers, you have the right to ask God whatever the goodness you desire. God will fulfil the desires of thine heart according to His word. “Delight thyself also in the Lord; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart” (Psa 37:4).

“And no marvel; for satan himself is transformed into an angel of light” (2 cori 11:14). In the year 2017, satan will appear in various forms before the people. He will come to you in the form of people whom you know very well. The evil activities of satan will increase in this year. satan will come in various forms. According to the above verse, he will come in the form of an angel of light. Even when you are careful, believers can be deceived. Only those who have the gift of the discernment of the spirit can find the wicked one out. Those who do not have the gift of the discernment of the spirit will not be able to identify the satan who has come in the different form. May God give us the gift of the discernment of the spirit. In every camp, there will be a separate session for the gift of the discernment of the spirit. I speak for about 2.30 hours on this subject. In the last days, this particular gift is a very important gift.

My dear readers, Let us tarry in the presence of God and renew our strength. With the strength of God, let us cross over 2017.
