It’s a custom to greet each other a Happy New Year. Either at the end of the year or in the beginning of the year, but has the year really been happy? Many will say 2014 is a very bad year. We joyfully wish a Happy New Year 2015. At the end of 2015, we will certainly say that the year is very bad year. Every year, On January First, we have too many preachers inviting them for New Year meeting. Husband will go to a meeting. Wife will go to another meeting. Children will go to other meetings. So all the family members will read out the prophesy said by the each servant of God. With the collection of four or five prophesies, they will sit down and find out the L.C.M (Least common denominator) of common prophesies. My dear brother and sisters, it is enough; we have been fooled by many. Let us not fall a prey to prophesy which will shatter our faith. Only God knows what will happen in the year 2015. “Known unto God are all his works from the beginning of the world” (Acts 15:18). The Almighty God knows what will happen in our everyday life. The daily newspapers, television channels give us the day today happenings. But God knows what will happen today. Each second known unto God. God’s eye knows everything. The Almighty and omnipotent God, Who is seated in Holy of Holies, encircled by millions of angels praising Him; who says, I am God and I live forever, he knows what is going to happen. For God’s Children the best is yet to come. All our tears and prayers will not go in vain. Shall we briefly see what the New Year is in store for us?

         I would like to just share with you what God has been telling me these days. I Hope I don’t offend anybody. When God says something, it is good to share what God has burdened us. Persecution: “….And at that time there was a great persecution against the church which was at Jerusalem; and they were all scattered abroad throughout the regions of Judea and Samaria except the apostles”. (Acts 8:1). Church will be persecuted. People will be scattered. Faith of the people will be shattered. The persecution will spread far and wide. Church services will disrupt. The persecution will bring about unity in the body of Christ. God’s Children will cry out for divine protection. The Luke warm nature of his children will be faded away. This is the wakeup call for the church. Persecution is good form of revival. Nothing will happen without the knowledge of God. Remember God is still on the throne. He will remember His own. His promise is true. He will not forget His own.

         Persecution is an only way to make his children become united. “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose” (Rom 8:28). The persecution will be a blessing in disguise. Unless a strong dose of persecution comes to us, we will not rectify our mistakes. So cheer up my brother and sister. Be Happy when the persecution comes. “…I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it” (Mt 16:18).

         The Spread of His Word: “And the word of the Lord was published throughout all the region” (Acts 13:49). The persecution scattered the early Christians. And the word of God spread far and wide. No one can shut the Gospel. The word of God will penetrate to every individual in the country. Thus paving way for the coming of the dear Lord.

         The Genuine and Fake will be known: “Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serve God and him that serveth him not” (Mal 3:18). Those who really serve God and those who pretend to serve God will be known openly. Those who serve God in truth will be rewarded. The Christian world is flooded with fakes. Now the time has come. When the fake will be unmasked. People will know who the real culprit is. Those who serve God faithfully, we will be appreciated in this world. Our reward in Heaven will be greater. Mal 3:18 will be literally fulfilled in the year 2015. God is watching us. Time has come for the righteous to be rewarded.

         As we entered in the year 2015, let us be in prayer. Let us grave for Holiness. Remember God is watching us. Don’t get discouraged. Come; let us join hands and fight against the evil one. United we stand; divided we fall. The sad thing in the Christian world is, many are not aware of what spirit they have received. If you really have the Holy Spirit, the Joy of Christ will radiate in your face. You will never have bitterness against anybody. Your mind will always be for the Gospel work. Why should people backslide? The simple reason is that they have lost their anointing. In the year 2015, take a strong decision, I will work for Jesus; whenever I have time; my hands will work for Him. My legs will toil for Him. I am sure that He will walk through you throughout the year 2015. May God grant you good health and strength.
